Wartime risks have become a reality for Ukrainian businesses. Therefore, safety systems must now cover not only traditional industrial hazards but also a company's readiness to operate under military threats: protecting people, ensuring service coordination, minimizing consequences, and organizing a safe return to operations.

Having isolated instructions is not enough. It is crucial to understand in advance who does what, in what sequence, during a critical situation, and under what conditions a company can resume work.

These exact questions will be the focus of the closed practical workshop on October 16 in Kyiv.  

Participants will break down the complete company action algorithm — from preparing for a potential emergency and responding to a military threat to mitigating consequences and returning to work.

It is about interconnected solutions: what needs to be planned in advance, how to organize a response, how to distribute responsibility, protect employees, coordinate actions, and define the conditions for a safe return to work.

Following the workshop, participants will be able to align all response stages with their own company processes, identify critical issues that need to be addressed in advance, and uncover potential gaps in their preparedness for the realization of war-related risks.

The closed format of the meeting will provide an opportunity to discuss practical solutions, ask questions, and exchange experiences regarding real-world situations that companies face.
