To join the ESOSH professional union and obtain the first level of qualification “Specialist”, you must meet 2 conditions:
Practical experience as an occupational safety specialist, performing occupational safety functions and/or specialized higher education
100% passing of the test for knowledge of ESOSH Code of Conduct.
Recognition of your qualifications. Sustainable growth of competencies in the specialized community
Already an ESOSH specialist? Confirm your high qualification! To obtain the level of “Accredited ESOSH Specialist” you need to fulfill 2 conditions:
Practical work experience as an engineer, specialist, manager of health and safety, industrial safety for at least 2 years at an enterprise with a staff of more than 20 people, or for graduates of higher education institutions - specialized higher education in the specialty “Labor Protection” (not lower than a bachelor's degree).
An ESOSH specialist who has an ESOSH certificate of completion of a basic occupational safety and health management course (21 training hours), or has completed a similar course under the program of a globally recognized occupational health and safety training center (IOSH Managing Safely, NEBOSH Award or their equivalents).
Already an accredited ESOSH accredited specialist? Confirm your high qualification! To obtain the “Certified ESOSH Expert” level, you need to fulfill 3 conditions:
At least 5 years of practical experience as an engineer, specialist, occupational health and safety manager at an enterprise with more than 50 employees.
An ESOSH level 1 or 2 participant who has an ESOSH certificate of completion of an in-depth occupational safety and health management course (130 training hours), or has completed a similar course under the program of a globally recognized occupational health and safety training center (NEBOSH IGC or its equivalent).
An ESOSH participant who maintains a Continuing Professional Development program (ESOSH CPD Program) posted on the official ESOSH website, which contains information on the professional activities performed and its further planning.
Already a certified ESOSH expert? Confirm your high qualification! To obtain the level of “Chartered ESOSH Expert”, you need to fulfill 4 conditions:
At least 5 years of practical experience as an engineer, specialist, occupational health and safety manager at an enterprise with more than 50 employees.
An ESOSH level 1, 2, 3 participant who has an ESOSH certificate of completion of a diploma course in occupational safety and health management (at least 1.5 years of learning), or has completed a similar course under the program of a globally recognized occupational health and safety training center NEBOSH Diploma, NVQ5, or their equivalents.
The ESOSH Participant maintains a Continuing Professional Development Program (ESOSH CPD Program) posted on the official ESOSH website or analogs, which contains information on the professional activities performed and further planning.
The ESOSH participant has successfully passed an interview with other ESOSH Certified Experts to test the level of knowledge and practical experience in solving problems using a risk-based approach.
